What Grades Must a Student-Athlete have to be Academically Eligible?

Weekly grade reports are run on Thursdays and if a student has an F in any class they are ineligible for the following Monday-Saturday.

If a Student-Athlete Misses School or Practice can They still Play in a Game?

Per DCSD policy a student-athlete must attend all classes on the day of a contest including all classes on Friday for contests on the following Saturday to be eligible to participate unless given preapproval by the Athletic Director. Missing practice may affect eligibility for a game at the discretion of the coach of each sport.
